VALENTINA BERGER (FOUNDER AND PRODUCER)

Born and raised in Argentina, she graduated from Michael Ham Memorial College. In 2009, moved to New York and got a BFA in Musical Theater from The New School with a minor in Performing Arts Administration. Since 2010, she brings students from all over the world to New York for two-week intensives in American Musical Theater.

During her time in New York, she worked at Bespoke Theatricals (GM office for Mamma Mia, Motown, Rocky, Billy Elliot, Evita, Legally Blonde, etc.), and O&M (Press Office for Kinky Boots, Sleep No More, Peter and the Starcatcher, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Spiderman, etc.). She currently works in Marketing AKA NYC, a dynamic, 360° integrated communications and media agency, dedicated to smart thinking, strategic planning and selling tickets (Once, Spring Awakening, The Audience, It's Only A Play, Fuerza Bruta, etc.).

marcelo velasco vidal (director of vocal department) 

Marcelo Velasco Vidal is a celebrated vocal technique instructor from Buenos Aires, Argentina.  He was born in Mendoza and began his vocal technique studies as a choirboy at the age of 7. He majored in singing at Universidad Nacional de Cuyo. When he moved to Buenos Aires, he continued studying at Instituto Superior de Arte del Teatro Colon with teachers such as Marcelo Coltro, Fernando Lara, Omar Brandan and Horacio Soutric. He performed for many years at the Coro Estable del Teatro Colon, Symphonic Corals, Chamber Music, and Opera in the main theatre stages 

Marcelo Velasco Vidal is a restless researcher in the fields of Vocal Technique and Musical Theater. He has spent many years developing his method, “Vocal Optimization” and is publishing a book in August, 2015. He was named a member of the Argentinean Vocal Society in 2012. He spends a great deal of time teaching programs at the Hospital Clinicas for Laryngology Residents and speech therapists.

DAVID CONRAD BROUILLARD (musical theater)

A native New Englander, fortified his reputation in New York City as the Artistic Director of the famed Zipper Factory Theater. David turned a rather monotonous Off-Broadway Rental house into a thriving cultural Mecca in the heart of midtown Manhattan as The Zipper offered legitimate Off-Broadway repertoire and also served as a creative performance home to Broadway and Downtown Artists like  Justin Vivan Bond, Tony Winner Victoria Clark, burlesque sensations Murray Hill + Dirty Martini, composers Ricky Ian Gordon and Michael John LaChiusa and Broadway and Downtown starts from left to right. At the Zipper he attracted and produced stars Margaret Cho, Bebe Neuwirth, Kathie Lee Gifford, Rosie O’Donnell, Megan Mullay, Joy Behar,Ute Lemper, Henry Rollins and more. David currently teaches with Buenos Aires on Broadway– a training and educational program that bases it’s artists foundations on impulse and self awareness within the intersection of Music + Theater. He has also run a muti-million dollar non-profit and now serves as the Head of Everything at the Hit + Hot burlesque supperclub, Duane Park, where live music and performance are a part of every evening. David has studied many forms of spirituality and has taken haven in melding his teaching craft and spiritual knowledge together.

Pianist for Forecast Productions, Wing and Drop Theatre Co., Arts Center of Coastal Carolina, ReVision Theatre of Asbury Park. Pianist for Joseph Thalken, Ricky Ian Gordon, Tina Landau, Nancy McGraw, Jerome Kopmar, Catherine Fitzmaurice. Teaching credits include NYU, Wright State University, Auburn University, HB Studio and Judith Blazer’s the Artist’s Crossing (artistscrossing.com). regina o'malley (musical theater and acting)

Regina had a long and varied career as both an actress and a singer, easily crossing over from one medium to another. She appeared on Broadway in Blood Brothers in both leading roles, Mrs.Lyons and Mrs. Johnston. She toured with The First National Tour of Les Mis and appeared at The Kennedy Center in On Your Toes. Several off-broadway shows too, most notably Forbidden Broadway. She toured as Gretel in The New American Opera's Hansel and Gretel. Extensive work in regional theaters:Sarah in Guys and Dolls at Seattle Rep, Adrianna in Boys from Syracuse at Goodspeed Opera House and Violet in Ken Ludwig's Sullivan and Gilbert at The Huntington in Boston. Leading roles at Indiana Rep, Buffalo Studio Arena, and Maine State and Papermill Playhouse. Television appearances and many national commercials. Regina switched gears when her children were young to pursue teaching. She found her true passion in the classroom. She teaches, acting, musical theatre, and improvisation all over from Shanghai to Mexico to New York City! Her job is to help performers find their joy in performing. Education: BFA Boston Conservatory(acting, musical theatre). Meisner studies at The Gately-Poole Studio. Arts in Education-graduate studies at Marymount Manhattan College.
